Record your calls straight into your CRM

TaliCRM has two recorders. Both capture audio and upload it for server-side transcription and summaries. Review the notes, suggested contact matches and action items in Meeting Inbox, and assign or correct them before relying on them. No meeting bot joins your call.

Installing the Chrome extension

  1. 1Click Add to Chrome above — it opens the extension on the Chrome Web Store.
  2. 2Press Add to Chrome there, then Add extension to confirm.
  3. 3Pin it from the puzzle-piece menu so it’s always one click away.
  4. 4Open it and press Connect to TaliCRM. Allow the microphone when asked.
  5. 5On any Meet, Zoom or Teams tab, hit Record in the extension.

You need a TaliCRM account to connect the recorder. Start a 7-day trial.

What happens to the audio

  • Audio uploads to TaliCRM servers and is associated with your account for processing.
  • AI providers, including OpenAI and ElevenLabs, process audio and text for transcription and summaries.
  • Audio is kept until you delete the meeting. Deleting it deletes the file.
  • Recording content is processed by service providers. Access and deletion details are described in the privacy policy.
