Review the suggestions
Open Action items in Tasks to see suggestions grouped by meeting. Read them against what you agreed in the conversation before deciding what belongs on your list.
- 02
Choose the work and the date
Use Make a task for an item, or promote the remaining suggestions from a meeting together. Add an optional due date with Today, Tomorrow, In a week or a date you choose.
- 03
Follow through with context
Use Open and Done to track your tasks. Contact and company links help you return to the relationship, while meeting details preserve where a promoted task came from.

Suggestions become tasks by choice
AI action items wait for review. Promote the useful ones, archive those that need no action and revisit archived suggestions when you need to.
A task can start with you
Add a task yourself whenever something comes up. Link it to a person or company through search, or leave it unlinked for a general reminder.
Progress stays easy to scan
Separate Open and Done views keep outstanding work visible. Tasks are grouped by the linked person or company, so you can review relevant follow-ups together.
A few practical questions
Does every AI action item become a task?
No. Action items are suggestions. You choose which ones to promote, and items already promoted are marked In Tasks in the review list.
Can I set a due date?
Yes. When you turn meeting action items into tasks, you can choose a date or leave it unset. The same date applies to items you promote together.
Can I add a follow-up without recording a meeting?
Yes. In the Open or Done task view, choose Add task and write what needs doing. Linking a contact or company is optional.
Will completing a task send an email?
No. Completing a task updates its status. You decide when and how to contact the person; TaliCRM does not send outreach automatically from the task list.
