    Connect a calendar feed

    Add an iCal or ICS link in Settings. TaliCRM can read compatible feeds from Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar; the setup instructions explain where to find the link.

    See who is joining

    Open Today for upcoming events, meeting links and known contacts. Unique email matches connect attendees to saved contacts; the details available depend on what the calendar feed includes.

    Review the recording and its people

    In Meeting Inbox, match the calendar audience and review the people listed. Confirm the right event or choose another, then resolve attendees who need a contact.

Known people stay recognizable

Exact email matches use primary addresses and previously confirmed calendar emails. A second work address can lead back to the contact you already know.

Unknown people get a clear next step

Search your contacts and link the attendee, or create a contact with optional LinkedIn details. Review those details before saving. A linked calendar email is remembered without replacing a different primary address.

You can correct a suggested match

Review suggested meeting-to-event links and select the right event in Calendar. Ambiguous contact matches remain a choice for you to make.

A few practical questions

Will TaliCRM change my calendar?

Calendar feeds are read-only. TaliCRM reads events and attendees for its own calendar views and meeting matching; it does not create or edit events in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar.

Why might an attendee be missing?

The feed must include the attendee information. Some calendar links provide limited event details. Check your calendar feed settings, or attach a contact to the recording yourself.

What if two contacts have the same email?

TaliCRM flags the match as ambiguous so you can choose. It does not automatically choose a person from duplicate email matches.

Do I need to connect an email inbox?

No. This feature uses your calendar feed and the contact details saved in TaliCRM. It does not require email inbox syncing.
