A clear limit on AI spending.
AI credits cover transcription, summaries, action items, card scans and contact enrichment. Usage depends on audio length and the amount of AI processing. One credit is not a fixed number of meeting minutes. Long recordings may need more than the trial allowance.
The seven-day trial includes 100 credits in total. Paid allowances reset on the first of each month at 00:00 UTC. Unused credits do not roll over. Credits belong to each person; workspace members use their own allowance.
No automatic overage charges. When credits run out, your saved contacts and notes stay available. Monthly allowances reset on schedule. Trial and sample allowances do not reset; you can review plan options in Billing.
Up to four hours per audio file, subject to the uploader’s file-size limit. Processing temporarily reserves credits; successful requests release any unused reservation. Provider attempts may use credits even when processing fails.
Before you start
When does my trial start?
Your seven-day trial starts after you complete Stripe checkout, with 100 AI credits in total. A card is required. Creating an account alone does not start the trial.
What happens after seven days?
Your selected plan is charged for one year: Pro US$99 or Pro Plus US$299 per person. It renews annually at that price until canceled. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Stripe shows your charge date before you confirm.
How do AI credits work?
All AI features share your allowance. Audio length, input and output size, and the action you choose affect usage. Processing reserves credits before it starts and releases the unused part after a successful response. You can see your balance in Settings → Billing.
Is sharing billed per workspace?
Subscriptions and AI allowances are per person. You can share contacts and meeting records in a workspace; each person uses their own AI allowance. A subscription does not give every member unlimited AI.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Open Settings → Billing → Manage billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid access continues until the end of the paid period. Stripe shows any prorated charge before a plan change is confirmed.
Is this a temporary discount?
These are the annual subscription prices, including renewal. There is no higher reference price or percentage-discount claim.
What happens to existing Pro access?
Existing legacy Pro access is retained without a new charge or subscription. Your Billing page shows your status.
